1 Approved Business Case The approved business case is required to assess the project and determine whether the identified benefits were realized. --
2 Approved Project Management Plan The approved project management plan is required to assess the project. --
3 Approved Corporate Plan(s) The detail planning of the corporate processes may have been documented in the Project Management Plan or in separate documents. When separate plans were written, they are also required for the purposes of assessing the project:  
4 Product /Service documentation For IM/IT projects, product/service documentation such as:
  • Requirement and Technical specifications;
  • System guides and manuals;
  • Service level agreements; and
  • Any other product/service deliverable.
 
5 Performance & Status Reports The complete set of performance and status reports. For details, see the deliverable description.  
6 Contract Documents The contract documentation, including:
  • The contract itself as well as supporting and referenced materials,
  • The contractor project deliverables, correspondence, invoices, payment records, and
  • Audit results (if applicable)
 
7 Updated Project Tracking Log(s) and Risk Log. The final set of Project Tracking Logs (Issues, Decisions, Deliverables for Review/Approval), and Risk Log. For details related to the:
