Appendix H: Audit Program for the Post-Installation Stage

Stage: 7. Post-installation Stage

Objective: 7.A To establish that the system operates in accordance with the design objectives and other measurement criteria, and project costs/benifits have been achieved.

Criterion: 7.A.1 A formal post-installation review has been undertaken and the results reported to management.
