Service Improvement Leads have been designated by their deputy ministers or agency heads to provide oversight and ensure the implementation of the Service Improvement Initiative (SII) in their respective departments and agencies.

The Service Improvement Panel is a working-level, advisory body of senior program managers and directors from lead agencies and departments responsible for implementing the SII.  (CCRA, Canada Post, Health Canada, HRDC and Veterans Affairs). The Panel helps resolve policy and implementation issues. It is also a forum to share best practices and lessons learned on client and service identification, as well as client satisfaction surveying, among others.
