Note 1: The amount of $4.9 million excludes administration expenses. Contribution payments for the Language Sector Enhancement Program were not paid in full due to delays in program delivery, resulting in lower than planned expenditures (unused portion of $0.7 million);

Note 2: Funding for Payments to Municipalities and Other Taxing Authorities was devolved to the applicable custodial departments. The department always forecasts to break-even in collection but timing differences frequently occur. The figures reported represent over-collection from custodial clients in 2010-2011 as opposed to under-collection in 2009-2010.
