Urgent orders were guaranteed delivery within 2 hours. Direct service orders were filled within 24 hours. Extended service had no deadlines since suppliers from around the world were used to supply documents.||Overall, the document delivery services had a fill rate of 87% with a low reported problems rate of 3.1%. The Urgent service guaranteed delivery time was met for over 99% of orders.||The document delivery service was scheduled to be discontinued in 2010 so no stakeholder consultation was done. Service standards remained the same as in previous years.|
