- In fiscal year 2011 12, the RCMP External Review Committee (ERC) will ensure that it will meet all of the requirements of the Policy on Green Procurement.
- The ERC will continue to encourage staff to use the recycling/shredder bins provided for paper and plastic. It will also make every effort to reduce paper usage by using electronic alternatives and by encouraging staff to minimize printing and copying by utilizing duplex printing options. The ERC will continue to use Public Works and Government Services green consolidated procurement instruments whenever possible. Purchases made outside of these green consolidated procurement instruments will take into account environmental considerations
