This capital table is showing $4,970,665 thousand for fiscal year 2009-2010. The increase of $697,775 thousand is the adjustments from the Main Estimates to the Planned Spending figure mainly related to funding for Strategic Capital Investments (Budget 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008 Announcements).
