Contracting Policy Notice 2005-3 Update of thresholds for the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement and the North American Free Trade Agreement
New thresholds for procurements subject to the world trade organization - agreement on government procurement (AGP) and the north american free trade agreement (NAFTA) are in effect January 1, 2006, and are valid until December 31, 2007.
Every two years, the thresholds in the procurement chapter of the North American Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement are updated.
This Notice amends the thresholds in Contracting Policy Notice 2003-6, and provides new thresholds, in Canadian dollars, under the North American Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement for a two-year period, January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2007. The threshold for the Agreement on Internal Trade remains unchanged at $25,000 for goods and $100,000 for services and construction.
