1. The Department of Finance Canada, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and the Canada Public Service Agency have taken a common approach to meeting the objectives of the Policy on Green Procurement through the departmental 2007–09 Sustainable Development Strategies. It is important to note that the Policy applies to a life-cycle management approach to procurement of goods and services. 3.
