Professional Development and Apprenticeship Program - Evaluation and Assessment

The performance of participants should be reviewed approximately every 6 months against the competencies of the SoMC for their next promotional level and written and verbal feedback should be provided. The participant is responsible for providing the evidence/work samples, which were identified as being required in their learning plan and/or their previous evaluation, to assess their performance.

During the evaluation, the supervisor will assess the participant on each competency for the target level and stream by using the appropriate Evaluation Form and by reviewing the supporting evidence.
