The Centre of Expertise on Staffing Recourse works with Treasury Board's Portfolio Legal Services to provide timely, effective and high-quality advice and support to deputy heads at the various stages of the staffing complaint process before the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board, pursuant to the Public Service Employment Act.
