Further to the information bulletin of , concerning Rates of Pay for Excluded Employees of the Law Occupational Group (LA), please be advised that the Performance Pay component of remuneration for employees who occupy excluded positions in the LA group is presently under review. Specifically, we are reviewing the necessity and merits of having differing Performance Pay administration policies for lawyers who occupy represented and excluded positions.
