The Canada School's Program Activity Architecture is depicted in a series of boxes. One large white box extending across the top of the chart contains the single strategic outcome. The strategic outcome is as follows: Public Servants have the common knowledge and the leadership and management competencies they require to fulfill their responsibilities in serving Canadians. Beneath this, four black boxes are side-by-side and contain the Canada School's program activities. From left to right they are Foundational Learning; Organizational Leadership Development; Public Sector Management Innovation; and Internal Services. Under each of these program activities are smaller boxes containing the names of their related sub-activities and beneath these are the sub-sub-activities. In the top left corner of each box is the number for that program activity (e.g. 1), sub-activity (e.g. 1.2) or sub-sub-activity (e.g. 1.2.3).
