In 2003 there were 2,293 reported accidents, 1,391 mandatorily reported incidents, 739 voluntarily reported incidents, 172 fatalities.
In 2004 there were 2,220 reported accidents, 1,489 mandatorily reported incidents, 781 voluntarily reported incidents, 186 fatalities.
In 2005 there were 2,276 reported accidents, 1,373 mandatorily reported incidents, 704 voluntarily reported incidents, 188 fatalities.
