Jennifer Dawson

Jennifer Dawson was appointed Deputy Chief Information Officer in November 2015.

Ms. Dawson first joined Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) in 2014 as Executive Director within the Social and Cultural Sector. Prior to coming to TBS, she worked at Infrastructure Canada as the department’s Chief Information Officer and before that was Director General of Communications. She has also served as Executive Director in the Deputy Minister’s Office at Transport Canada. In addition to more than 15 years with the public service, Ms. Dawson has a decade of experience in the public and non-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science from University College London, England.
