By subscribing, you will automatically receive important general information about changes to pay and the public service pension and benefits plans, such as changes to the contribution rates, that may affect you.
You will typically receive email notifications on your selected topics on a bi-monthly basis.
We will never send you personal information using this system.
How to subscribe
To subscribe, you must complete the form by:
- providing an email address of your choice (personal or work)
- selecting your preferred language
- selecting your employment status (employee or retiree)
- choosing the topics you are interested in receiving general information about
Updating your subscription preferences and unsubscribing
You can update your subscription preferences and unsubscribe any time by clicking on the “Update your account” link included in every email, or by visiting the page Update your subscription preferences – Public Service Compensation Email Notification System.

Our email notification system is owned by the Employee Relations and Total Compensation Sector of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Subscription is voluntary and allows participants to receive information by email on their pay and public service pension and benefit plans. When you subscribe, your email address, language preference (English or French), employment status, topics of interest are collected. No other personal information is collected. You may opt out of future communications at any time
The collection and use of your personal information by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat is authorized by the Financial Administration Act. Collection and use of your personal information for this site is in accordance with the federal Privacy Act.
